Full Biography
I run my own AI-native marketing operation — and I write about what it actually takes to build one. For fifteen years I worked inside iGaming, tech and digital: €100M+ annual budgets, 20+ regulated markets, teams of up to 120. I built SEO foundations, scaled performance marketing, and ran operations at the kind of scale where small inefficiencies compound into real money.
Now I work for myself. I design and run a multi-pillar operation — agency work, owned ventures, and products — largely solo, on an AI layer I built: persistent memory, live integrations, codified workflows, and gated autonomy. Not AI bolted on the side as a gimmick — AI as the operating system the business actually runs on.
The through-line across all of it is the same instinct that's driven my whole career: finding the hidden costs and quiet inefficiencies the dashboards miss, and fixing them.
